Your challenge

  • Project planning and design of assembly systems / special machines
  • Preparation and calculation of customer-specific quotation including layouts, cycle time calculation, machine availability, etc., taking into account customer specifications
  • Obtaining quotations from suppliers
  • Technical clarification of plant concepts with the customer
  • Active support of the sales department
  • Participation and support in contract negotiations
  • Accompaniment and support of project management during order processing
  • Market analysis to identify further sales potential

Your profile

  • You have completed vocational training and further qualification as a technician or a university degree in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology or automation.
  • Several years of professional experience in the sale of technically demanding products
  • Professional interaction with customers and business partners
  • Very good communication skills and assertiveness, also in English
  • Good command of English and confident handling of MS Office and CAD software
  • Willingness to travel

Engineer or Technician (m/f/d) as Team Leader Design Powertrain


Your challenge

As a senior designer, you will work on design and/or development projects for automated systems from the very beginning. You are the technical contact person for internal and external customers. You develop and design individual parts, assemblies, devices and complete machines independently and on your own responsibility.

Challenges in overview:

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the design team
  • Management of external design offices
  • Design of complex assemblies
  • Ensuring compliance with internal specifications and customer requirements
  • Contact person for project management and close cooperation with relevant departments, customers and suppliers
  • Integration and support of process optimisations in your department
  • Participation in FMEA's

Your profile

  • Fun with technology and working out technical solutions
  • You have completed university studies or technician in the fields of mechanical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable qualification
  • Analytical mindset and conceptual strength
  • Solution-oriented approach to all tasks
  • You have already gained initial professional experience with complex, kinematically interacting assemblies, ideally in special machine construction
  • Sound CAD skills, preferably in Autodesk Inventor, alternatively in SolidWorks
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, primarily within Germany, occasionally abroad for design discussions with customers and suppliers
  • Very good communication skills and assertiveness in German
  • Good language skills in English desirable

Assembly / site management (m/f/d)


Your challenge

As an an assembly and construction site manager, you have a wide range of responsibilities:

  • Leading and organization of construction sites
  • Responsibility for carrying out and supervising assembly work as well as planning and determining the assembly sequence
  • Creation of the assembly documentation and responsibility for instructing employees
  • Responsibility for organising and handling the opening of the construction site, taking into account the contract, the specifications as well as customer and project standards
  • Responsibility for error and problem analysis as well as the specification of appropriate solutions.
  • You actively act as the central contact person for customers and projectmanagement

Your profile

  • Completed studies (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma) or vocational training in the field of mechanical engineering, plant engineering or comparable qualification.
  • Gladly also further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d)
  • Experience in assembly, installation and commissioning in the field of plant and tool construction
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Good communication skills in English
