Your challenge

As an an assembly and construction site manager, you have a wide range of responsibilities:

  • Leading and organization of construction sites
  • Responsibility for carrying out and supervising assembly work as well as planning and determining the assembly sequence
  • Creation of the assembly documentation and responsibility for instructing employees
  • Responsibility for organising and handling the opening of the construction site, taking into account the contract, the specifications as well as customer and project standards
  • Responsibility for error and problem analysis as well as the specification of appropriate solutions.
  • You actively act as the central contact person for customers and projectmanagement

Your profile

  • Completed studies (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma) or vocational training in the field of mechanical engineering, plant engineering or comparable qualification.
  • Gladly also further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d)
  • Experience in assembly, installation and commissioning in the field of plant and tool construction
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Good communication skills in English

Engineer or Technician (m/f/d) for Designing


Your challenge

As a design engineer, you will work on design and/or development projects for automated systems from the very beginning. You develop and design individual parts, assemblies, devices and complete machines independently and on your own responsibility.

Challenges in overview:

  • Design of automated systems with and without robotics
  • Development of processes in collaboration with programming colleagues
  • Selection and dimensioning of subsystems and mechanical, pneumatic and electrical assemblies with an eye on deadlines and costs
  • Contact person for customers with technical questions and interface to production
  • Creation of standard-compliant production drawings
  • Regularly checking that the system is set up according to plan in production

Your profile

  • Fun with technology and working out technical solutions
  • Completed university studies or technician in the fields of mechanical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable qualification
  • Analytical thinking and conceptual strength
  • Solution-oriented approach to all tasks
  • You have already gained initial professional experience with complex, kinematically interacting assemblies, ideally in special machine construction
  • Sound CAD knowledge, preferably in Autodesk Inventor 2022
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, primarily within Germany, occasionally abroad, travel share less than 10%.
  • Very good communication skills and assertiveness in German

Mechatronics technician / Electronics technician (m/f/d) Automation technology


Your challenge

As a mechatronics technician, you will assemble individual modules as well as completely automated assembly systems. You commission the systems on your own responsibility and carry out functional tests in-house. You ensure the flow of information between the specialist departments in the event of technical problems, you carry out the work independently and on your own responsibility and are reliable and flexible.

Your profile

  • Completed training as a mechatronics engineer in the fields of mechanical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable qualification
  • You have already gained initial work experience

Electrical designer (m/f/d) Automation technology


Your challenge

As an electrical designer for automation technology, you work on construction and/or development projects for automated systems from the very beginning. You create and check electrical circuit diagrams, wiring schematics, allocation lists, parts lists and cable labels. You are also responsible for preparing thermal calculations for control cabinets and testing machine safety.

Challenges in overview:

  • Creation of electrical circuit diagrams and wiring schematics with EPLAN for the assembly of systems as well as the creation of parts lists and cable labels
  • Creating the allocation list as basic for PLC programming
  • Placing components using EPLAN Data Portal, as well as creating, changing and managing parts
  • Reading mechanical layouts and pneumatic plans and transferring them to the electrical design using EPLAN
  • Interface function to manufacturing and production, as well as internal departments
  • Build circuit diagrams by means of reusable partial circuits (macros)
  • Logical and functional verification of circuit diagram documentation
  • Checking machine safety
  • Creation of thermal calculations for control cabinets
  • Preparing multilingual projects

Your profile

  • Completed training in the field of electrical engineering or further training as a technician (m/f/d) in electrical engineering/automation technology
  • Several years of professional experience in electrical design, especially in the area of powertrain and assembly systems
  • Sound knowledge of EPLAN P8 and initial experience with CAD
  • Good understanding of electrical circuit documentation, as well as knowledge of automotive standards
  • Business fluent German and basic English skills
  • Structured approach, conscientiousness, willingness to take responsibility

Your challenge

As an Application Engineer/ Sales Engineer (m/f/d), you are responsible for the project planning, design and calculation of various assembly systems, special machines and palletising systems in the automation sector. In addition, you support the project management in order processing and the sales department in contract negotiations and market analyses.

Challenges in overview:

  • Independent development of technical and constructive solution concepts based on customer specifications
  • Planning and projecting of assembly systems / special machines / palletising systems
  • Creation of layout sketches
  • Coordination with specialist departments to minimise planning and production risks
  • Enquiry of main components and services for quotation price determination
  • Preparation of calculations as well as material and service items
  • Preparation of the binding and written offer
  • Coordination of offers with sales and customer
  • Customer visits for technical coordination
  • Compilation of the technical documents within the scope of the order opening (handover to the processing team, kick-off)
  • Accompaniment and support of the project management during order processing

Your profile

  • You have a completed apprenticeship with further training as a technician or a university degree in mechanical engineering, production technology or automation
  • Several years of professional experience in sales/project planning of technically demanding products
  • Professional interaction with customers and business partners
  • Very good communication skills and assertiveness
  • Enjoy developing and explaining technical solutions
  • Good command of written and spoken German and English and confident handling of MS Office and CAD software
