The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, which consumers can use to settle a dispute and where further information on dispute resolution can be found.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate proceedings in dispute resolution  before a consumer arbitration board in the event of a dispute with a consumer.
