From old make new!
The current crisis forces many companies to save money. Instead of buying expensive new machineries it is profitable to reuse old or second hand devices. If you have production equipment or machineries with installed Hirata SCARA robots models AR-I or AR-C or Cartesian robots model CRZ or CRW we can overhauling or renew it and adapt the machine to your new product. Our products you will find for example in units from JOT like router model JR10D or similar.
Our current SCARA robot model AR-S and Cartesian robots are mechanical and software compatible to the old one and we can replace the old one without big effort.

For
safe and simple opening and locking of FOUPs (front Opening Unified
Pods) and FOSBs (front Opening Shipping Boxes) for the wafer transport
inside and outside of clean rooms, Hirata Robotics offers FOUP and
Autodoor FOSB Opener KWF-12C. It is developed from clean room
materials and for FOUPs and FOSBs with wafer sizes of 200 mm (8 inch)
